Trained as a dancer, then as a choreographer and teacher, I turned towards art mediation and therapeutic accompaniment. A life devoted to movement, teaching and connecting with yourself.
The essence of my approach rests on my conviction that Art — and especially Dance, as well as Yoga — has the power to free, transform and foster bonds between beings. I combine my rigour and taste for introspection with improvisation, letting go and collaboration.
I use the art of movement and body language as a vehicle for creativity, awareness and connection with yourself and others. Kundalini and Tantra yoga dance, uniting the body, the mind, the emotional and the spiritual, is another path that leads us to our essence.
Listening, kindness and adaptability are the pillars of my individual and group support.

From my first dance classes to today's workshops, one thread runs through it all: learning in order to pass on, and passing on in order to keep learning. Here are the milestones that led me to you.
Years of dance — classical, modern-jazz, contemporary — followed by studies in psychology and performing arts-dance. I hold a Teaching Aptitude Certificate in African expression dance and a Kundalini Yoga teaching diploma, and trained as a therapist-facilitator at the École du Tantra.
Dancer-performer, choreographer and teacher, I founded the Entre-Nous Company. From stage to workshops, I have taught dance, led mediation projects in local communities and created multidisciplinary work — encounters that have shaped me.
Singing, meditation and the path of Tantra extend the dance and nourish my teaching and my listening. Even now, I keep learning — and that may be the most beautiful transformation of all.
In my work, the individual and the collective are not two separate worlds: they respond to each other and feed one another. What you lay down in one-to-one sessions — a word finally spoken, a body letting go — sheds light on the place you dare to take in a group. And what the group gives back extends your personal journey in return. The individual and the collective are two doorways into the same inner work.
My approach combines the personal and the professional, in a space of trust and conviviality. I invite each person to take their place and find their own path towards autonomy and collaboration.
Through my associative experience, I learned business management, in its administrative and human dimensions alike. I added project management, internal coordination and partnerships with funders and operators. Today, I develop training modules for companies, local authorities and institutions, so that everyone can anchor their posture, smooth their relationships with colleagues and improve their quality of life at work.

Welcomed as you are, through listening and kindness, I adapt to each person, to your abilities and your state of availability.
