The practice is located at 13 rue de Saint Romain, 33240 Cadillac-en-Fronsadais, in the heart of the Fronsadais: 5 km from Saint-André-de-Cubzac, about 25 km from Libourne and 35 km from Bordeaux.
Group workshops take place in Cézac (Monday 7 pm) and Cadillac-en-Fronsadais (Tuesday 8 pm). An online kundalini yoga class runs on Tuesdays from 12.30 to 1.30 pm, and body-oriented therapy is also available by video call.
