Online therapy

Speech, body and breath from your own home:
remote support, wherever you are in France.

A real session, not a fallback

Online means the same frame — without the journey

A video session is not a lesser session: the same listening, the same length, the same care. Only the room changes. You stay at home, in a space you have chosen, and we work with the same supports — speech, breathing, movement, sensations.

From Fronsadais, in the Gironde, I work online with people living all over France: large cities and small villages, rural areas, but also people with reduced mobility, parents who cannot easily travel, or people living abroad who want to work in French.

It takes very little: a decent connection, a quiet place, something to sit or lie on. The rest — the link, the pace, the frame — is set up together in the first exchange.

What can be done remotely

Two formats available from anywhere in France

In practice

How does an online session work?

Nothing complicated: four steps and you know everything.

📞

1. A first exchange

20 minutes by phone or video, free and without commitment, to clarify your request and check that this frame suits you.

🔗

2. The link

Sent to you before the session. No software to install, no account to create anywhere else: you click and we meet.

🏠

3. Your space

A quiet room, a closed door, headphones if possible. Allow ten minutes before and after, to arrive and to land.

🧘

4. The session

1 hour 15 to 1 hour 30 for individual support, one hour for the yoga class — the same length as in person.

What online work brings

What it makes possible

Consistency first: no two-hour drive before and after, so fewer cancellations, fewer postponed sessions, fewer accompagnements interrupted after three appointments.

Then continuity: many people alternate studio and online weeks, or continue remotely during a move, a business trip, or a period when travelling becomes difficult.

  • You live far from any body-oriented therapy practice
  • Travelling is difficult or limited for you
  • You live abroad and want to work in French
  • You want regular support despite a busy schedule
  • You hesitate to walk into a practice for the first time
In all honesty

What it does not replace

Bodywork sometimes requires contact, support or adjustment: a screen does not allow that. Some sessions are therefore better held in the studio, at least once, and then continued remotely if needed.

Other situations are outside this frame altogether. This is neither medical care nor psychotherapy: it does not replace the advice of a doctor or a psychologist. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

  • Work that requires touch or a treatment table
  • Group dance and movement workshops, which are lived in person
  • Ongoing medical or psychological care
  • Emergency situations, which belong to health services
Who is it for?

What people bring, online as well

The reasons are the same as in the studio. Only the journey disappears.

What most often brings people

  • Stress that no longer settles, established anxiety
  • Professional exhaustion, burnout, preparing a return to work
  • Chronic physical tension: back, neck, jaw, shallow breathing
  • A life transition: separation, moving, bereavement, career change
  • Feeling disconnected from your body and your sensations
  • The need for a regular space of your own where you can finally put things down

How we work

  • Through speech: naming what is happening, without being interrupted
  • Through the breath: slowing down, lengthening the exhale, returning to the present
  • Through movement: mobilising, stretching, letting things come
  • Through attention to sensations and emotions as they arise
  • Through simple markers you can use alone between sessions
  • Always at your own pace: nothing is forced, nothing is imposed
Getting started

Three steps, from your home

1. You get in touch

By phone, e-mail or the contact form — a few lines about what brings you here is enough.

2. We talk for 20 minutes

Free and without commitment, by phone or video, to check that this support suits you.

3. We set a time

You receive the connection link before the first session. Then all you have to do is settle somewhere quiet.

  • Individual session €60
  • 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 30
  • Online, anywhere in France
And if you are in the Gironde?

The studio remains open

Online work does not replace the studio: it extends it. If you live in the Gironde — Fronsadais, Cubzaguais, Libournais, Blaye, Bordeaux area, Médoc, Arcachon Bay or the south of the department — in-person sessions and group workshops are still held in Cadillac-en-Fronsadais and Cézac.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask most often

If your question is not here, just ask: you get an answer within 24 to 48 hours.

Is online therapy as effective as a session in the studio?
The frame is the same and so is the attention given to what you are going through, and sessions last as long. The main difference concerns bodywork: some moments require contact or adjustment that a screen does not allow. We talk about it in the first exchange — if your request calls for in-person work, I say so clearly rather than let you continue remotely.
What do I need for an online session?
A decent connection, a quiet place where you will not be disturbed, something to sit or lie on, and headphones if possible. Nothing to install: a browser is enough, and a phone can work.
Can I join from outside France?
Yes. Sessions are available across France, including overseas territories, and also from Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Quebec. The only shared reference point is French time.
How long is a session?
Allow 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 30 for an individual session online, as in the studio. The online kundalini yoga class lasts one hour, on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 1:30 pm.
What does an online session cost?
The same as in the studio: €60 for an individual therapeutic session. Group classes and workshops have their own rates, listed on the Program page or discussed in our first exchange.
Does this replace medical or psychological care?
No. This is therapeutic support through speech, the body and the breath: it does not provide any diagnosis and does not replace medical care, psychological care or treatment. In an emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services in your country.
How do I request an appointment online?
By phone on +33 7 67 55 33 78, by e-mail at contact@corps-et-conscience.net, or through the contact form. A free 20-minute exchange helps clarify your request; you receive an answer within 24 to 48 hours.
Whatever the distance, the starting point stays the same: you, your body, and what you are going through.
